Hello and welcome. I'm Lisa — an experienced personal stylist.
I work with women at many different stages in their lives; female founders, women at the top of their careers and also women who are going through profound change or loss of confidence.
You found yourself on my page for a reason.
Just by being here, you've already taken the first step. Wherever you are in your life right now, this is about more than clothes. It's about how you feel in yourself — and helping that come through, from the inside out. That's the work we do together, and it starts with understanding you, not a set of rules.
I know this world from the inside. I've stood in front of a full wardrobe feeling like nothing worked. I thought the problem was my body. It wasn't. It was understanding what to wear, what worked together and why. That shift changed everything — and helping other women find it for themselves is now my passion.
I trained in person with well-known and well-respected stylists, hands on, working with real women, real bodies and real lives — which means from day one I understood that styling isn't about perfection. It's about finding what works for you, in your life, right now.
I also have a background in psychotherapy — and while this is absolutely not therapy, it does mean I understand that how we feel about our clothes is rarely just about clothes. It's bound up in identity, self-worth, and how we see ourselves. Many of the women I work with are navigating significant life transitions — a new chapter, a changing body, a shift in who they are or who they want to be — and I bring a depth of understanding to those conversations that goes beyond the wardrobe. That's something I believe sets my work apart.
"Style isn't a privilege for a certain age or a certain size. It's something every woman deserves to feel."
— Lisa Wadeson, the modern confidence stylistEvery woman I work with is different. I take real time to understand you — your lifestyle, your body, your history with clothes, and where you want to go. There's no one-size-fits-all approach here.
This work can feel vulnerable. I bring warmth, patience, and zero judgement to every session — because the goal is for you to feel more like yourself, not less.
No waffle, no overwhelming advice lists. I get straight to what matters — what works for you, why it works, and how to use that knowledge every single day going forward.
I work in the comfort of your own home, at my Oxford studio, or from my beautiful rooms in London — whatever suits you best.
Online sessions are also available, so wherever you are, we can work together.
Most women I work with have been figuring this out on their own for longer than they'd like to admit. Asking for help is one of the most empowering things you can do for yourself.
